Job summary

Fastned is seeking a Senior Bid and Proposal Manager to own complex tenders from qualification to submission. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate SMEs, and ensure compliant, compelling proposals that align with Fastned's mission. Strong English writing skills and experience in infrastructure/e-mobility are essential.

The role reports to the Tender team and drives knowledge sharing, process discipline, and timely delivery across stakeholders, with a focus on high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in bids & proposals management, with a track record of leading mid- to high-complexity tenders.
• Solid hands-on experience with public procurement procedures and framework agreements.
• APMP Fellow certification is preferred and considered a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender requirements and understand customer needs.
• Shape proposal strategy aligned with Fastned's mission and business goals.
• Identify win themes and differentiators to position proposals competitively.
• Coordinate content development across SMEs and cross-functional teams.
