Job summary

DNV BeNeLux seeks a Senior Proposal and Bid Support Advisor to coordinate complex bids and translate technical expertise into compelling proposals. You will work with Key Account Managers, technical experts, sales, and legal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

You will contribute to our bid capability, manage documents, meet tight deadlines, and deliver customer-focused responses that support market growth in energy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in proposals, bids or tenders for external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary proposal processes.
• Strong analytical and writing skills for clear, persuasive proposals.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and stakeholder relationship building.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with public or EU tenders and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business growth by assisting with bids and frame agreements.
• Administer tender portals and track leads from defined portals.
• Support Key Account Managers and Service Areas with large bids.
• Analyze bid requirements to develop competitive proposals.
• Lead preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and legal teams for inputs.
• Organize bid review meetings and improve future bids.
