Job summary

Fastned UK Limited is seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to drive end-to-end complex initiatives across Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, define strategies, and implement practical improvements to scale our growing electric-vehicle network.

The role requires strong project management, excellence mindset and the ability to align diverse stakeholders while traveling within Europe as needed. This is a pivotal contributor role within the Projects & Excellence team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in excellence topics like improving business processes, ways of working or operating models.
• Able to translate an unclear problem into a structured approach with the right stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a scale-up environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong data literacy and ability to turn data into decisions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through to hands-on implementation.
• Identify bottlenecks and design practical improvements, implementing changes.
• Develop workflows, templates, playbooks and decision frameworks for scale-up.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to create alignment around common goals.
