Senior Project Development Manager

Role Overview

To hit the goal of 1000 stations, we need to successfully win sites and tenders across Europe. As Senior Project Development Manager, you will act as an enabler and coordinator, transforming learnings and insights into action plans and initiatives across our markets.

As Senior Project Development Manager, you will join the international Projects & Excellence team, part of the Network Development department. Your responsibilities include leading and executing cross‑department projects that impact Fastned’s expansion and tender development, designing scalable processes and action plans across markets, driving continuous improvement in how we work, and acting as a key liaison between the Network Development team and other business units.

Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior members, consolidating complex findings into clear recommendations, and support and challenge their work to create maximal impact for the organisation. You will report to the ND Projects & Excellence Lead and collaborate closely with other teams across Fastned.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in strategy, business development or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies
• Plus points for previous experience in high growth companies or e‑mobility
• A strong commercial and problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A sharp analytical mind, you enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and making informed recommendations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and willingness to dive into both strategy and execution
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Open for regular travel within Europe
• You are highly motivated by accelerating the energy transition
