Job summary

Fastned is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to own and lead mid-to-high complexity tenders from qualification through submission. You will coordinate with commercial, technical, legal and finance teams to craft compliant, pricing-competitive proposals that win.

This role demands APMP familiarity, 6+ years in bids, and exceptional English. Dutch/French/German is a plus; experience in infrastructure/energy sectors is preferred. Competitive benefits and a dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of bids & proposals management experience.
• Strong track record leading mid-to-high-complexity tenders.
• Public procurement procedures experience (competitive dialogue, negotiated procedures, framework agreements).
• APMP Fellowship is preferred.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Advanced English; Dutch/French/German a plus.
• Experience in infrastructure/energy/e-mobility/real estate/concessions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender requirements and understand customer needs.
• Shape proposal strategy aligned with Fastned's goals.
• Identify win themes and differentiators.
• Build a clear proposal schedule and coordinate contributors.
• Write, edit, and manage proposal content.
• Partner with SMEs to develop technical, management, and pricing sections.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Hub for shared expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver unified proposals.
• Facilitate bid assessments and reviews; ensure deadlines and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Lead cross-functional reviews to refine content; proofread and format proposals.
• Submit bids on time; track outcomes; maintain lessons learned; support clarifications.
