Job summary

Fastned is expanding its Growth team with a Propositions Manager to shape commercial propositions and scalable processes across Europe. You’ll own end-to-end propositions from ideation to go-live, partner with Product, Sales, and Finance, and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives to unlock new business opportunities.

You bring 3+ years in commercial or product roles, a hands-on mindset, and strong stakeholder management to drive impact in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional experience in a commercial or product oriented environment.
• Experience in setting up commercial processes & propositions, ideally in scale‑ups or startups.
• Proven experience in independently owning projects end‑to‑end, aligning with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proposition development: realise new opportunities and go‑live with concrete offerings.
• Proposition ownership: scale propositions and monitor performance, refine processes.
• Proposition oversight: keep offerings simple and scalable, advise on deviations.
• Project Management: lead cross‑functional initiatives and design scalable solutions.
