Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Senior BCM & IT Recovery Expert to strengthen operational resilience across business and technology domains. You will work with stakeholders to translate continuity requirements into practical outcomes, from leading Business Impact Analysis workshops to coordinating recovery exercises, ensuring preparedness for disruption and rapid recovery.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management and IT Recovery.
Knowledge of and experience with risk management activities.
Experience within environments with high availability requirements, such as vital sectors or critical infrastructure.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work effectively across technology domains.
Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.]

Responsibilities

Drive Business Continuity Management and IT Recovery activities from planning and execution through continuous improvement and monitoring.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across business, technology, security, crisis-management and risk stakeholders to strengthen recovery preparedness and resilience.
Coach BCM colleagues and support implementation of the Risk and Control Framework and related policies.
