Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Lead Business Architect for Engineering & Enterprise Tech to shape the future technology landscape. You will unite business, IT, engineering, and executive leaders around a shared vision and roadmap, translating strategic ambitions into IT architecture for the domain.

You will lead the Architecture & Engineering organization, influence vendor strategies, and collaborate with CEO-level stakeholders to realize a scalable enterprise platform strategy, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

Master’s degree in IT or Business.
15 years of experience in senior business or enterprise architecture or similar leadership roles.
Extensive experience in IT platform architecture and governance of large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and steer the long-term IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Engineering and Enterprise domain, balancing business needs and technical possibilities.
Coach, mentor, and develop business architects, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
Lead stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and executives to realise the target architecture and strategic roadmap.
