Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Continuity Manager to lead the operational management of major incidents and crises impacting IT, security, or business operations. You will coordinate stakeholders, restore critical services under pressure, and drive continuous improvement after disruptions.

You will act as the highest escalation point for disruptions, participating in 24/7 standby and crisis rotations, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive development budget. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Security, ITIL, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and IT Continuity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Calm and structured under pressure with prioritisation during critical situations.
• Analytical, results-oriented and committed to continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate end-to-end Major Incident Management to restore critical IT services.
• Engage, align, and influence stakeholders across technology, security, risk, and business domains.
• Evaluate major incidents after resolution and drive continuous improvement of continuity capabilities.
