Job summary

Rabobank offers a work-based internship in Business Continuity Management with the BCM4CITO team. You will learn how to keep critical IT services reliable, resilient, and prepared while supporting day-to-day BCM activities and documentation.

During 3 to 6 months, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to exercises and reviews in a large IT organisation, with structured supervision and opportunities to learn by doing.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in an HBO/Uni study in IT, security or Business management.
• Interest in Business Continuity Management, risk or IT environments.
• Structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support BCM4CITO team with coordination, follow-up and day-to-day activities.
• Maintain and improve BCM documentation (plans, procedures, overviews).
• Contribute to exercises, internal reviews, reporting and lessons learned.
