Job summary

Rabobank seeks a Senior Tech Lead for Consumer Interaction to shape the IT delivery strategy and lead a multi-squad team. You will partner with the Area Lead and Business Architect to drive delivery, security, and risk controls across the area, aligning with Rabobank's strategic goals.

You will guide empowerment, foster high performance, and steward budgets while delivering impactful IT solutions in a hybrid Utrecht setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and DevOps transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT delivery strategy for the Consumer Interaction area.
• Lead approximately 6 squads with ~40 engineers and ensure delivery quality.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and program governance across the area.
• Collaborate with Area Lead and Business Architect to align roadmaps with Rabobank goals.
• Uphold security, risk controls, and drive continuous improvement in IT services.
