Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Architect, Experience Engineering & Platforms to guide large-scale digital transformations for enterprise clients. You will shape the architectural direction for headless CMS ecosystems, AEM Sites, EDS, and Commerce delivery, while expanding DEPT's market leadership.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, develop industry-specific viewpoints, and mentor a team of strategists and architects, partnering with sales to close strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise platform experience leading digital platform strategy and architecture for large enterprises.
• Experience architecting headless/composable experiences at scale and modeling content APIs.
• Fluency with Adobe Experience Cloud products and ability to defend tradeoffs to CTO-level stakeholders.
• Proven advisory presence with CMOs/CTOs/CDOs and executive sponsors.
• Experience building go-to-market assets, IP, and repeatable delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory engagements for enterprise clients migrating to composable architecture.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning AEM modernization with business outcomes.
• Shape methodology and thought leadership; publish playbooks and templates.
• Lead pre-sales and strategic account development with executive presence.
• Mentor a pillar team of strategists, architects, and specialists.
