Qualifications

• 15+ years in brand/experience design, UX/UI, and large-scale design systems.
• Proven agency experience with international brands and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding portfolio across design, UI and motion design with measurable impact.
• Tech and AI savvy, with interest in applying innovations to work.
• Excellent communication to influence decision-makers in German and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Design excellence as the lead designer for pitches and key accounts.
• Ensure delivery quality and oversee project and team success.
• Collaborate with Strategy, UX, Content and Technology across EMEA.
• Act as thought leader via speaking engagements and industry contributions.
