Job summary

DEPT seeks a visionary Architect for its Adobe practice in North America to guide enterprise personalization initiatives at the executive level. You will shape data architectures, journey orchestration, and KPI frameworks across AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, and Campaign environments.

In this senior role you will lead strategic engagements, design operating models, and mentor consultants while partnering with sales to win multi-year programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise consulting or digital strategy experience.
• Expertise in customer data activation and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive advisory engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
• Architect activation and data strategies for enterprise personalization.
• Shape methodology and intellectual capital for the practice.
