Job summary

Amazon Development Center Netherlands B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver blended trainings for the AGI-DS org.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of end-to-end training, track completion in LMS, and support Trainers to scale innovative approaches globally. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Training Manager, coaching, and continuous improvement of training programs across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent German and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in a training role or related planning/coaching responsibilities.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and collaborate with SMEs and managers.
• Excellent collaboration, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one training settings.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training practices.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience leading and coordinating peers.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training following the curriculum.
• Maintain theoretical proficiency and stay current with tools and processes.
• Manage the classroom for an organized learning environment.
• Evaluate trainee performance daily and identify improvement areas.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and report to Training Manager.
• Share batch observations for corrective actions.
• Manage LMS tasks such as enrolment and scheduling.
• Publish training reports per standard templates.
• Collect feedback via surveys and observations and share with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress and needs of ongoing trainings to stakeholders.
• Develop, document, and improve training processes across the network.
• Support Training Manager with delegated training delivery tasks.
