Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Expert Team Lead, Engineering in the Netherlands to lead a team producing high-quality training data and evaluations for AI models. You will combine engineering know-how with hands-on leadership, QA, and operational excellence to review work, set standards, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of professional engineering experience in design, analysis, testing, R&D, or systems integration.
• Master's degree or higher in engineering or related field qualifies.
• Hands-on experience with data-quality metrics and annotation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects and review engineering-domain work.
• Lead and coach AI Tutors, including contractors, through reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee labeling and review activities to maintain high standards.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, taxonomies, and QA processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and throughput.
• Monitor performance with KPI dashboards for quality and throughput.
• Create and deliver training materials, exercises, and certification tasks.
• Manage certification processes and workforce adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers and Engineering teams on labeling strategies.
• Coach team members and maintain a high-performance culture.
