Job summary

Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V. is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver blended learning for the AGI-DS organization. You will partner with the Training Manager to plan, schedule, and track training activities in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English at C1 level or higher is required.
• Experience in a training role, including technical training, or related coaching/mentoring is needed.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate blended learning experiences following the approved curriculum.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of end-to-end training using the LMS.
• Support Training Manager by tracking completion and reporting on training metrics.
• Identify improvements to training approaches and scale innovations across the network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
