Job summary

Ayvens in Amsterdam seeks an Experienced AI Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will drive training, enablement, and change initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will bridge business and technology, manage the AI demand pipeline, and lead AI initiatives from idea to value realization. Fluency in English and a proven AI leadership track record are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Data Science or related field; continuous learning in AI, data analytics, PM, leadership.
• Experience leading AI adoption, governance, and change programs.
• Ability to engage with executives, business stakeholders, IT, risk, legal and leadership.
• Strong communication skills; translate AI concepts into business value.
• Fluent in English; collaborate across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives across Ayvens, including training and enablement programs.
• Ensure AI projects comply with governance and compliance standards.
• Structure and manage the AI demand pipeline with business cases and tracking.
• Coordinate across markets, function teams, and SG to align AI delivery.
• Drive change management and clear communication to ensure adoption at scale.
• Monitor AI delivery, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate go-live timelines.
