Job summary

ServiceNow, a leading AI-enabled platform company, is seeking a Solution Consultant to support EmployeeWorks Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for a leading product with collaboration from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

This is a hands-on technical consulting role capable of deep solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. You will develop, position and provide product-specific solutions, lead discovery workshops, and build client partnerships while driving

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools or automated workflows.
• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team across multiple industries.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges and demonstrate how our solution fits customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts through customer journey sessions for roadmap alignment.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that add value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
