Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer to shape AI-first reference architectures and design standards for partner solutions on the Now Platform. You will act as a forward-deployed technical authority, driving reusable patterns and architectural rigor across the partner ecosystem.

You will lead design workshops, translate partner ideas into actionable blueprints, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align innovations with the AI strategy. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture, technical sales, pre-sales, or similar roles with deep platform architecture experience.
• Experience with technology partners at partner or OEM level, including design and reference-architecture definition.
• Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture (SaaS, PaaS, automation, multi-tenancy).
• Ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business discussions.
• Experience applying AI into work processes and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures, design standards, and validated patterns for AI-infused ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead AI-first design workshops to set partner standards on the Now Platform.
• Provide architectural reviews and guidance for complex, multi-product integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner innovations with AI strategy.
