ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant for EmployeeWorks in the EMEA region. You will guide revenue, collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and executives, and be a hands-on technical consultant across solution delivery and positioning.

You will lead discovery, deliver product demonstrations, shape roadmaps, and provide feedback to product management. A track record of 10+ years in pre-sales, cloud software experience, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team pursuing customers across multiple markets.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine challenges and give product demonstrations aligning our solution with customer needs.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that address customer needs and add value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

As a member of ourSolutionConsulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supportingEmployeeWorksSolution Sales team. You will guide revenue for one of ourproducts withthesupportand partnershipofSales,ProductManagement, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

• Shareand learnbest practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
