Job summary

Maandag Nordic is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer - Cyber Security for a global assignment. The role is senior and hands-on, at the intersection of Cyber Security, SecOps, AI and Automation, with a strong focus on production-ready solutions.

You will design and develop security automation across SecOps, identity, vulnerability management and infrastructure security, applying AI/LLM technologies and integrating with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID and related tools.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security, SecOps or Security Automation.
• Hands-on experience building security automation in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs and KQL is required.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Security technologies and SIEM/SOAR.
• Experience with API-driven security platforms and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade security automation and orchestration workflows.
• Automate security investigations, enrichment, response and remediation.
• Develop AI- and LLM-based solutions for security analysts and SOC.
• Integrate security platforms and enterprise systems via APIs and workflows.
• Develop reusable SIEM/SOAR playbooks and automated processes.
• Take AI/automation solutions from POC to production.
