Job summary

Accenture NL is seeking an AI Security (Senior) Manager to lead the design and execution of AI security capabilities across multiple client engagements. You will own the technical direction of AI security workstreams and drive hands‑on delivery, threat modelling, and secure-by-design practices.

The role requires deep security architecture expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate policy into engineering guidance for MLOps teams, with a focus on practical results and scalable

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, AI, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant cybersecurity or technology consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience building or securing AI systems; security architecture depth.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI security capability across domains for identity, detection, response, and data security.
• Architect secure AI systems: threat modelling, MLSecOps, model and pipeline security.
• Translate control frameworks (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF) into engineering guidance.
• Work as a forward‑deployed engineer deploying Cyber.AI and integrating AI capability into client environments.
• Lead technical delivery on client engagements from scoping to handover.
• Contribute across technical, consulting, and commercial cycles including proposals.
• Mentor junior colleagues and raise the technical bar of the practice.
