Job summary

Maandag Nordic seeks a Lead AI & Automation Engineer to drive an AI-native workflow across Data Center, Network, Security and End User Services. You will own the AI/automation roadmap and shepherd ideas from PoC to production while coaching engineers and setting standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on engineering with Python/PowerShell, AI platforms, and enterprise automation within a remote EU context.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with strong enterprise automation, AI engineering, platform engineering or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience taking AI or automation solutions from POC to secure, production-ready implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or PowerShell, APIs, Git and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an AI-native way of working across Data Center, Network, Cyber Security and End User Services.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap and translate operational challenges into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Build from proof of concept to secure, production-ready services and coach engineers.
• Establish technical standards and help shape adoption of AI and automation across the organization.
• Lead technical discussions and explain complex technology in clear business language.
