Job summary

Maandag Nordic is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to lead AI-driven automation across End User Services within a large international organization. The role focuses on proactive remediation, proactive workflows, and enterprise integration using Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure OpenAI, with Copilot Studio and MCP tooling.

Remote work within the EU is supported, with a strong emphasis on security and governance.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of experience within End User Services, EUC, Workplace, Service Desk, endpoint or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Building AI-powered self-service and automation for workplace and Service Desk processes
• Developing Copilot and agent-based solutions for employee support
• Automating endpoint provisioning, configuration, application delivery and remediation
• Creating proactive and zero-touch workflows that identify and resolve issues before they become support tickets
• Integrating workplace platforms and enterprise systems through APIs and orchestration
• Taking AI and automation solutions from POC through testing and into production
