Accenture the Netherlands seeks an experienced AI Security (Senior) Manager to architect and lead secure AI capabilities across domains, design secure AI systems, and translate frameworks into engineering practice for client teams.

You will own technical strategy, lead delivery on engagements, mentor peers, and contribute to business development while advancing AI security at scale within a premier global firm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, AI, engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant cybersecurity and technology consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience building or securing AI systems and ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI security capability across domains and internal platforms.
• Lead technical delivery on client engagements from scoping to handover.
• Translate security frameworks into engineering practice for client teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and raise the technical bar of the practice.
• Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and opportunity development.
