Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking an AI Security (Senior) Manager to architect and deliver secure AI capabilities across identity, detection, response, and data security. You will translate security controls into engineering practice and lead forward-deployed delivery.

You will mentor junior colleagues, own technical direction on AI security workstreams from scoping to handover, and shape the reinvention of security in AI-powered environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI security capability across domains—design how AI-native capability is consumed by identity, detection and response, vulnerability management, GRC, and data security functions.
• Architect secure AI systems—threat modelling, adversarial testing and red-teaming, MLSecOps, model and pipeline security, secure-by-design for agentic AI, and AI security posture management.
• Translate control frameworks into engineering practice—turn OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF and internal controls into concrete guidance for client development and MLOps teams.
• Work as a forward-deployed engineer where work demands it—configure and deploy Cyber.AI, design and build agents on the Anthropic stack, extend Agent Shield governance, and integrate AI into client environments.
• Lead technical delivery on client engagements, owning the technical direction of AI security workstreams from scoping through implementation and handover.
• Grow technical capability by mentoring junior colleagues and raising the technical bar of the practice as it scales.
