Job summary

Shine Germany GmbH is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI-native SDLC Enablement team across Europe. You will build and maintain platform components, tooling, and reference implementations that engineers adopt quickly.

You will work closely with product engineering teams, ship production-quality components, and contribute to observability, verification, and security considerations as Shine moves toward AI-native engineering across its European hubs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• AI-native engineering with agents and multi-step workflows.
• Eval and observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD, incident handling, and delivery pressure.
• Strong collaboration and feedback in cross-team codebases.
• Excellent technical communication across engineering levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain platform components for AI-native SDLC.
• Write production code for agent infrastructure and pipelines.
• Embed with product teams to adopt AI-native workflows.
• Create reference implementations in real repositories.
• Develop eval harnesses, observability, and verification.
• Contribute to coding conventions and security considerations.
