Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack development skills across frontend and backend.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record delivering secure, cloud‑native systems to production.
• Experience building AI agents from concept to production.
• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph and RAG architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack applications and platform components for GenAI agents.
• Lead development, validation, and deployment of AI agents.
• Mentor engineers and lead by example in a remote-first team.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and compliance in all platform features.
