You own the full stack—from shared app framework to the deploy pipeline, monitoring, and data architecture—shaping how teams ship production AI while maintaining safety and coherence.

This is not prototyping; you will drive architecture decisions and partner with business teams to maximize AI impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-scale AI platforms.
• Hands-on with agentic systems and multi-step reasoning.
• Strong backend engineering with scalable architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments (Azure) and IaC.
• Security-minded with ability to operate in complex cloud setups.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership: design and own shared infrastructure for safe AI tool deployment.
• Agentic monitoring: build and operate a coherent, secure monitoring layer.
• Data architecture: maintain schema registry and AI context layer.
• Landscape stewardship: detect duplication and emerging risks at scale.
• Forward deployment: move into internal teams and build production apps.
