Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer with ~7 years of experience to reinvent enterprise software delivery using AI augmentation. You will design Java-based, scalable systems and lead AI-driven engineering practices across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud architecture skills.
• Experience with AI engineering: AI-Augmented SDLC, LLM-based solutions, AI Agents, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
• Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.
• Implement Spec-Driven Development using OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and API-first engineering methodologies.
• Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and help establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
