Job summary

Accenture in the Netherlands is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep experience in building cloud-native, agent-based systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and advisor, shaping use cases, prototyping, and deploying robust agentic workflows across complex domains.

You will work across AI platforms, orchestrating multi-provider pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure deployments. Travel may be required depending on client needs and project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ years of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG).
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Strong client communication and ability to lead technical workshops under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.).
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
• Tailor agentic applications across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail).
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence client roadmaps.
