Job summary

Blue Harvest in the Netherlands (Utrecht) seeks an experienced Agentic SDLC Engineer to shape AI-powered software delivery. You design and build AI assistants and agent architectures, guide technical decisions, and transform GenAI prototypes into scalable capabilities across teams.

You'll lead architecture trade-offs, improve developer experience, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate opportunities into durable technical solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering, DevOps, ML engineering, or data science experience.
End-to-end software lifecycle experience from design to production operations.
Hands-on with cloud platforms and IaC tools like Terraform or Bicep.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI assistants and agents for backlog refinement, code generation, and testing workflows.
Turn GenAI prototypes into robust, reusable capabilities across teams.
Define metrics to measure value delivered by AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
Coach engineers on using GenAI and coding agents in daily development.
