Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Solution Consultant to support product sales as a technical expert across multiple industries. You will partner with Sales, Product Management and the executive team to articulate solutions, run discovery workshops, and demonstrate the platform's value in real scenarios.

You will lead with AI-enabled capabilities, develop client relationships, influence product direction, and help close deals while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Experience integrating or considering AI in work processes.
• Proficient with ServiceNow or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing and partners.
• Strong territory management and sales alignment abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to diagnose challenges and align solutions.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts including roadmaps and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including briefings and conferences.
