Job summary

Chery Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Training Operations Specialist to design and roll out aftersales training across OMODA & JAECOO dealer networks in Europe. You will craft comprehensive programs, deliver webinars and in-person sessions, and partner with regional Aftersales managers to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive training roles.
• IMI-certified training in hybrid and EV systems.
• Formal qualification in training or engineering.
• Ability to create and evaluate training programs.
• Able to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience with online learning tools and platforms.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Programs: design and implement structured training initiatives for the dealer network.
• Deliver Engaging Training: run webinars and in-person sessions covering technical, product, and operational topics.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: align with Regional Aftersales Managers and Technical Support to tailor solutions.
