Job summary

T-Maxx International is expanding its Aftersales training reach in the Benelux region and seeks an Operations Training Specialist to roll out and execute comprehensive training programs across brands. You will design programs, deliver sessions, and partner with regional managers to ensure dealers deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive training roles with Aftersales knowledge.
• IMI-certified training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Formal qualification in training or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to create, deliver and evaluate training programs.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern techniques.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed.
• Full and clean driver license.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured training programs for the dealer network.
• Deliver webinars and in-person sessions on technical, product and operational topics.
• Collaborate with Regional Aftersales Managers and Technical Support teams.
• Foster a learning-focused culture and drive professional growth.
• Establish and monitor training budgets and resource use.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools to enhance training effectiveness.
