As part of our continued expansion in the Benelux region, we are looking for a Training Operations Specialist to support the rollout and execution of aftersales training programs across multiple brands.
Position Summary:
As a Senior Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Omoda & Jaecco dealer network is equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver top-notch service. From designing comprehensive training programs to fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will be at the forefront of empowering our Aftersales team and dealers to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Design and implement structured training initiatives tailored to the needs of the Omoda & Jaecco dealer network, focusing on technical expertise and industry best practices.
- Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct training sessions through webinars and in-person classes, covering technical, product, and operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Regional Aftersales Managers and Technical Support teams to identify training needs and provide customized solutions.
- Promote Continuous Development: Foster a learning-focused culture within the Aftersales team, driving professional growth and enhanced performance.
- Manage Budgets: Establish and monitor training budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Leverage Technology: Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Automotive Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training roles within the automotive sector, with a solid understanding of technical operations and Aftersales service.
- Technical Proficiency: IMI-certified training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems is essential.
- Educational Background: A formal qualification in training or engineering (or equivalent experience, such as Master Technician status).
- Training Skills: Proven ability to create, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs.
- Technical Literacy: Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Modern Learning Tools: Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and innovative educational techniques.
- Communication Expertise: Strong influencing and engagement skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.
- Driving License: A full and clean driving license is mandatory.
