You will lead dealer and service partner onboarding, plan coverage, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across markets to ensure fast, high‑quality network launches. Fluency in English and strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential in this fast-growing EV environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years in dealer/aftersales network development or service network planning.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory).
• EU/European market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand BYD’s aftersales service network across Europe.
• Coordinate dealer and service partner onboarding and development.
• Support network planning based on vehicle parc, sales forecast, and service demand.
• Ensure workshop readiness, facility standards, and safety compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven network insights to management.
