Job summary

Hoffmann Additive Manufacturing AG (Hoffmann AM) seeks a sales leader to expand industrial 3D printing across the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with Hoffmann Group sales teams to identify and implement AM solutions for industrial customers.

The role requires a strong background in additive manufacturing, deep technical sales experience, and the ability to manage opportunities from lead to close in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or related roles.
• Proven experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing).
• Experience selling industrial AM equipment or AM services to industrial customers.
• Solid understanding of AM technologies, materials and applications.
• Ability to work independently and hit commercial targets.
• High affinity for digitalization and data-driven sales approaches.
• Willingness to travel ~50% within NL, UK and Europe.
• Fluent Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of industrial 3D printing solutions across the Netherlands and United Kingdom.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new AM applications and support customers in implementation.
• Manage inquiries and projects from initial request through negotiation to contract closure.
• Provide consultative technical sales support with engineering input.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Contribute to digitalization of quotation and ordering processes.
• Represent Hoffmann AM at customer visits, trade fairs and events.
