Job summary

Van Mossel Autolease in Groningen is seeking a dedicated damage handler to be the first contact for customers with vehicle damage. You will manage the full claim path from intake to resolution, coordinate repairs with internal and external partners, and ensure the customer is supported throughout.

You will handle replacement transport, maintain contact with repairers and insurers, and contribute to a proactive service culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and good administrative/communication skills.
• Experience as a claims handler or in insurance is a plus, but beginners with willingness to learn are welcome.
• Proactive attitude and ability to switch quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process damage claims by phone or email.
• Coordinate the repair process with internal and external partners.
• Arrange replacement transport and manage regres/claims discussions.
• Maintain contact with repair shops, damage experts, and insurers.
• Communicate with customers throughout the entire claims journey.
