Job summary

VML, a WPP company, is hiring a Marketing Technology Consultant in Amsterdam to lead the process of analyzing customer requirements, architecting a solution, and blueprinting those solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll ensure delivery against original requirements to the highest standards.

The role requires 3+ years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL skills, API familiarity, and business-level English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with data architecture/schema and ability to read or develop SQL queries.
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in the English language at a business level.
• Reside in The Netherlands, near Amsterdam.
• Currently eligible to work in The Netherlands, without visa requirements.
• Ability to attend one of our offices every week.
• Familiarity with Braze, Adobe, Selligent, Tealium.
• Fluent in languages other than English.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with clients on technical and business challenges related to their communication initiatives.
• Create, manage and present an actionable blueprint that aligns client needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design, build and deliver the Technology solution on Salesforce platform.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and pitches as part of Sales team.
• Manage multiple client engagements and collaborate with associated teams.
