Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Consultant & Team Lead for Marketing Automation in Amsterdam. You will architect growth-focused MarTech strategies, align executive stakeholders, and lead complex enterprise engagements across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach and Klaviyo.

You will coach consultants, shape domain leadership, and drive high-impact advisory in a hybrid work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a B2B services/agency environment.
• 3+ years in senior or executive management roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, with Salesforce.
• Experience scoping, pitching, and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands with valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Architect ecosystem strategies and align executive stakeholders.
• Serve as primary strategic and technical authority for MarTech teams.
• Lead complex client engagements in enterprise environments.
• Drive growth, pitches, and solutioning for enterprise clients.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and present research-backed recommendations.
• Coach medior and junior specialists and uphold quality standards.
• Shape MarTech domain leadership within WPP ES.
