Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Amsterdam seeks a Senior/Lead Business Consultant to architect MarTech strategies for enterprise clients, aligning stakeholders, and driving digital maturity across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, and Klaviyo.

You will lead large engagements, shape domain leadership, mentor junior staff, and contribute to growth pitches while operating in a flexible hybrid setup with a competitive salary and mobility and tech benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in senior/executive management within a B2B services/agency environment.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, with proven expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with Braze, Bloomreach, or Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated success in scoping, pitching, and delivering solutions for enterprise‑level clients.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Dutch is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands with a valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• This is a senior client-facing leadership role; you architect ecosystem strategies and align executive stakeholders.
• Serve as the trusted sparring partner translating business needs into scalable MarTech strategies across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, and Klaviyo.
• Lead large, complex engagements, map progress to KPIs, and handle escalations with a calm, decisive approach.
• Contribute to scoping, pitching, and solutioning for enterprise clients, identifying growth opportunities.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, design rollout plans, and present research-backed recommendations to guide decisions.
• Mentor medior and junior specialists and uphold high quality standards across the domain.
• Advocate for the MarTech domain internally and externally, shaping thought leadership.
