Job summary

CMA CGM Holland is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales professional to develop and grow a portfolio of SME customers across all trades. You will proactively engage clients, translate logistics challenges into CMA CGM solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Trade Management, Customer Care and Operations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management or commercial customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience working with CRM systems (NOVA is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools such as Qlik Sense is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of SME customers across all trades.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive account management and regular commercial contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively grow your customer portfolio.
• Promote and sell the full CMA CGM portfolio, including Ocean Freight, Logistics, Intermodal, Digital Solutions and Value Added Services (VAS).
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the entire CMA CGM Group.
• Understand your customers' supply chain challenges and translate them into commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers and follow up opportunities until successful closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer information in NOVA (CRM).
• Ensure timely and accurate rate management in AQUA.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Monitor market trends and competitor developments to identify commercial opportunities.
