Job Summary (English)

For our location in the Netherlands (s-'Hertogenbosch) we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to expand our current team in the service department. Supermicro has been a household name for over 30 years in the field of Motherboards, Servers and total solutions, where we provide service to large customers in various industries on the basis of service contracts.

About The Position

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of the Supermicro Service Team in EMEA and help build a world‑class service organization. Constantly analyzing needed supplies and current inventories in our depots in EMEA will be a daily activity that allows you to put all your energy into. In the daily routine, you will be part of the service desk team and specifically the logistics team and know how to keep our stock efficiency at the most effective level through analysis and knowledge. The position is vacant due to growth within the company, so we are looking to expand our team with a new colleague to help build our success. It is a full‑time function; you will be in the Den Bosch office 5 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily analysis of current stock levels in our systems.
• Submit new orders to daily estimation to maintain stock levels.
• Identify unnecessary inventories, determine repositioning if necessary, and plan with the team to retrieve them.
• Calculate and prepare stocks to be “replenished” daily in the systems.
• This is a new position and will grow significantly in the first year with additional tasks added.

Qualifications

• Logistics education at least MBO level is an advantage; comparable knowledge gained through experience is equally valued.
• At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Management.
• Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office programs.
• Ability to maintain data history/reports in thorough filing/record keeping.
• Highly skilled with database languages, MySQL and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of computer/hardware is an advantage.
• Structured, comfortable with execution of multiple tasks.
• Representable, good with numerical insights, can identify, flag and proactively propose solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective work relations with others.
• Enjoy working in a challenging, dynamic and quick‑paced environment.
• Live within a radius of 40 km from ‘s‑Hertogenbosch.
• Language proficiency: English and Dutch C1.
