Geely Europe in Amsterdam seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support Benelux automotive operations. You will manage vehicle pre-registrations for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, distribute essential documents, and support data-driven sales optimization.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager on dashboards, reporting, and dealer data maintenance, bringing a proactive, collaborative approach to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Strong core data analysis skills and ability to interpret data to support sales decisions.
• 1–2 years experience in automotive operations or sales support is preferred.
• Nice to have experience with data visualization/tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Python basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle pre-registrations for NL, BE, LU markets and maintain master registers.
• Distribute registration documents to dealers and maintain logs.
• Assist Sales Operations Manager with data management and dashboards.
• Provide daily operational support to the sales team and maintain dealer data.
• Support process improvement and optimization of sales workflows and systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and team-spirited Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing automotive operations in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). In this role, you will be responsible for vehicle pre-registration management, documents distribution, sales data analysis, and supporting sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Pre-registration Management: Handle and track vehicle pre-registrations for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg markets, maintaining accurate, up-to-date master registers.
• Dealer Operations & Distribution: Manage and distribute essential registration documents (e.g., registration codes, Certificate of Conformity / CoC files) to dealers via email or post, and maintain comprehensive log records.
• Sales Data & Reporting: Assist the Sales Operations Manager in sales data management, preparing regular reporting, and maintaining dynamic sales dashboards.
• Sales & Dealer Support: Provide daily operational support to the sales team, including order system data entry and dealer database maintenance.
• Process & System Improvement: Assist the Sales Operations Manager in project managing the optimization of current sales workflows and order management systems.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with foundational knowledge of business, finance, product, and operational workflows.
• Industry & Regional Knowledge: Experience communicating with automotive dealerships/channels is a plus. Familiarity with the Benelux automotive market is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: * Must-have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced analytical formulas, etc.) and solid core data analysis skills.
• Nice-to-have: * Nice-to-have: Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas), or Jupyter Notebook.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Passionate about teamwork, highly collaborative, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
