Job summary

GeelyEurope is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). You will manage vehicle pre-registrations, distribute documents to dealers, and support sales data analytics and dashboard reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years in automotive operations, advanced Excel, and good English and Mandarin communication. Dutch language skills are a plus, with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are essential; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle pre-registration management for Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).
• Distribute registration documents to dealers and maintain logs.
• Assist Sales Operations Manager with data management and dashboards.
