Job summary

Geely Europe in Amsterdam is seeking an After-Sales Parts Intern to support our growing team in the Netherlands. You will assist with spare parts management, daily operations and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

This internship offers exposure to after-sales, supply chain activities and collaboration with a multicultural, dynamic team while developing your analytical and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree as listed.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities are essential.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with spare parts ordering, tracking and inventory management.
• Monitor parts availability and delivery status.
• Maintain spare parts data and records.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.
• Support reporting, data analysis and admin tasks.
• Contribute to other projects within After-Sales.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Duration: 3-6 months (flexible)
Working hours: 32-40 hours/week

About the Role

We are looking for an After-Sales Parts Intern to support our growing after-sales team in the Netherlands. You will assist with spare parts management and daily operational activities, while gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily spare parts ordering, tracking and inventory management.

• Assist with monitoring parts availability and delivery status.

• Maintain and update spare parts data and records.

• Support communication with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

• Assist with after-sales reports, data analysis and administrative tasks.

• Support other projects and activities within the After-Sales team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive, Business Administration or a related field.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
