Job summary

Geely Auto Europe is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support our Benelux automotive operations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will help manage vehicle pre-registration, distribute documents, analyze sales data, and assist in optimizing sales processes.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager, develop dashboards, entry orders, maintain dealer data, and gain exposure to after-sales, spare parts, and supply chain activities in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and Python (Pandas) or Jupyter Notebook.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Data & Reporting: assist in data management, regular reporting, and dynamic dashboards.
• Sales & Dealer Support: daily operational support to the sales team, data entry, and dealer data maintenance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and team-spirited Sales Operations Intern to support our growing automotive operations in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). In this role, you will be responsible for vehicle pre-registration management, documents distribution, sales data analysis, and supporting sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Data & Reporting: Assist the Sales Operations Manager in sales data management, preparing regular reporting, and maintaining dynamic sales dashboards.
• Sales & Dealer Support: Provide daily operational support to the sales team, including order system data entry and dealer database maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry & Regional Knowledge: Experience communicating with automotive dealerships/channels is a plus. Familiarity with the Benelux automotive market is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: * Must-have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced analytical formulas, etc.) and solid core data analysis skills.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python (Pandas), or Jupyter Notebook.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Passionate about teamwork, highly collaborative, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
