Job summary

Geely Europe in Amsterdam seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support Benelux automotive operations. You will manage vehicle pre-registrations for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, distribute essential documents, and support data-driven sales optimization.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager on dashboards, reporting, and dealer data maintenance, bringing a proactive, collaborative approach to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Strong core data analysis skills and ability to interpret data to support sales decisions.
• 1–2 years experience in automotive operations or sales support is preferred.
• Nice to have experience with data visualization/tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Python basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle pre-registrations for NL, BE, LU markets and maintain master registers.
• Distribute registration documents to dealers and maintain logs.
• Assist Sales Operations Manager with data management and dashboards.
• Provide daily operational support to the sales team and maintain dealer data.
• Support process improvement and optimization of sales workflows and systems.
